Today, Latinos for Tennessee, an organization committed to promoting and defending faith, family, freedom and fiscally responsibility among the state’s growing Latino community, announced Sandra Lee as their new Chairwoman. In this role, Lee will be responsible for leading the state-wide group, which includes chapters in Nashville, Memphis, and Chattanooga.
Sandra Lee is a well-known songwriter, actress, and businesswoman who lives and works in Music City. In addition to being a prolific songwriter, Lee has worked for decades in radio and television sales, media production, and management, currently at 94FM The FISH.
Raul Lopez, Executive Director for Latinos for Tennessee said:
“We couldn’t be happier to have Sandra leading Latinos for Tennessee as we work to promote family and freedom to the growing Latino community in our state. Sandra’s pride in her own Hispanic heritage and her heart for the greater the Latino community are evident. We will benefit from her enthusiasm, and I am excited to see how she will bring her years of experience in management and marketing to take our organization to new heights.”
Sandra Lee, chair of Latinos for Tennessee, said following the board’s announcement of her election as chair:
“I am humbled to serve and excited to use my God-given talents to help grow Latinos for Tennessee and take the message of liberty to Latinos in Tennessee. I have a deep sense of gratitude for all those who have come before us who laid down their lives so we could live in a free country.”
Lee went on to add:
“The Latino community in Tennessee needs to know that we are great when we are free, and I am determined to work hard to take this powerful message to every corner of our beautiful state.”
